Research interests

My research interests are mainly focused on the task-oriented automatic design, the modelling and the reactive control of robots evolving in constrained contexts and dynamic environments such as wheeled mobile manipulators, humanoid robots as well as collaborative manipulators. I am also involved in research activities aiming at bridging the gap between adaptation and decision making techniques provided by Artificial Intelligence and low-level, reactive control. Last but not necessarily least, my research activities in collaborative robotics include the ergonomic dimension where I try to use virtual humans to predict and quantify the ergonomy of collaborative robots in given contexts. Papers related to my activities in these domains can be found herehere.
